Our Bakery
It all started 2013 with the love for good food.
An Austrian came to Jordan and met another foodie, craving for "the real deal". Typical Austrian/German sourdough bread, the classic pastry and cakes.
Together we started with one baker, standing every day in the shop and selling what was baked in the morning. As more restaurants and hotels got aware of our quality, we expanded to cater to them too. Our shop in Rabieh, Amman, got soon to small and we opened another shop in Jabal Weibdeh. We started delivering to households, offices, embassies and companies, catering for every need.
Since the first year (2013) we are proud to be official purveyor to the Royal Hashemite Court of Jordan.

Products
It was always important to us that we stick to the classic recipes. We are using only unbleached flour and other ingredients of the best quality, even if it comes all the way from Austria and Germany!
GMO, artificial flavors and -ingredients are not stepping in our bakery.
